1. Poor a bunch of cups, some with water some with a form of clear spirits (Depending the ratio depends on your desired drunkness) 2. mix cups up 3. take turns randomly selecting a cup and shooting it, then saying 'mmm water' 4. If you aren't convincing, you must go again
