This involves a little bit of prior effort 1. Setup bingo cards (4x4) of events and things that might happen that night _i.e. Billy talks about his dog_ 2. Give them to everyone at the beginning of the night 3. If you get one you can give a drink 4. When you get 4 in a row can make someone finish their drink
